📦 Return & Exchange Process At shoppinghouse.gr, your satisfaction is our priority! 🛒 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product following the process below:

• Return/Exchange Request 📝

Within 14 days of receiving the product, fill out the return form found in your package or contact our customer service at 📧 [email protected].

• Pack the Product 📦

Place the product in its original packaging, along with all accessories and the proof of purchase.

• Ship the Product 🚚

Send the product to the address: GENIKI EMPORIKI S.A., 2nd KM NATIONAL ROAD LAMIA - ATHENS, 35100, LAMIA, using Speedex courier or BOX-NOW.

Inspection & Refund 💰

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you via email and proceed with the refund or the shipment of the new product. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Important Information ℹ️

Products must be in perfect condition, without damage, and with their tags intact.

Returns of underwear and swimwear are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
